1/ Goldie Street is the heart of the Wynyard CBD. It is bounded on either end by hotels. At the bottom of this street is the River Park of Wynyard. The Wonders of Wynyard car exhibition is just to the right of this street.
2/ The Federal Hotel of Wynyard is a grand, old, Victorian style hotel.
3/ This hotel marks the western end of the Wynyard CBD. It is adjacent to the church below.
4/ This church had an interesting tower. Note the nouveau tudor style house to the right of it.
5/ These lovely Colonial style buildings border on the Wynyard River Park.
6/ A pretty park with cherry blossom trees borders the River River and the Wynyard CBD.
7/ The park includes a marina used by local boats to safely moor in the Inglis River.
8/ These pretty houses had great river frontages and lovely old trees nearby.
9/ A bridge over a lagoon near the mouth of the Inglis River. Note the plethora of trees nearby.
10/ The River Park ends at the mouth of the Inglis River, where some yachts were moored.

1/ Table Cape is just West of Wynyard. It is the home of the Van Diemen Tulip Farm. There is also a spectacular lookout at Table Cape from where you can see all the way to Burnie.

3/ From the lookout you can walk to the Table Cape Light House by this coastal track.
4/ The grass beside the track showed the effect of the intense winds that sweep onto Table Cape.
5/ The light house can be toured and there are spectacular views from its top.
6/ To the north you can see the spectacular tulip fields of the Van Diemen Tulip Farm.
7/ This was the view to the east of the Van Diemen Tulip Farm.

10/ The stunning colors of the tulips are obvious in this photo, which is looking to the south.
11/ I was impressed by the extreme variety of colors that I saw at the farm, like these royal reds.

15/ To the west of Table Cape, you can see the peaks of the Rocky Cape National Park.
