Arthur River in North West Tasmania

1/ Arthur River is in north west Tasmania. It is at the northern edge of the famous Tarkine Forest. It boasts of having some of the cleanest air in the world, as the next land to the west is Patagonia in South America. This photo shows the rugged, pristine, Tarkine coast near Arthur River.

Woolnorth at Cape Grim in North West Tasmania

1/ Near the Woolnorth farm in the Cape Grim area of north west Tasmania is a large wind farm. You wait at this point to be taken on the tour. Unfortunately, I missed the tour that day. If you go to my MUSSELROE BAY page, you can see great photos of a similar wind farm in the north east Tasmania.
