Driving on the West Tamar Highway is quite easy, so any of these places present good locations for touring the TAMAR VALLEY REGION. Greens Beach is 50 minutes from LAUNCESTON and the other towns are much less. Near Beaconsfield at Kayena is the Batman Bridge, which connects to GEORGE TOWN and the NORTH EAST REGION.
